Simple Sakal (now ohmyhome)
A re-design of Simple Sakal’s mobile app and desktop-web, adding in a couple of functions such as uploading of images when submitting a complaint, adding comments on announcement posts and payment options when booking facilities.

Initial research was done in creating the existing/then user flow and screen flow, for both mobile and desktop.
Work was split between both UI Designers and I did the mobile app screens design, while constantly syncing with the other designer who was working on the desktop designs, to ensure alignment in overall look and feel. The senior UI/UX Designer was consulted for advice and approval of design before submitting the proposed to-be flow and design to the PM, who in turned liaised with the client to gather feedback. The only mode of communication was via email. Final design was built and delivered, no metrics was available.
The Project
As there was no research required on this project and there were no access to users for user testings, besides re-designing the look of the app, the design was done purely based on common practises of what was out there and through proposals with the client, while communicating with them only via email channel.
